Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all QUOKKA tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
